Description:

Very fast implementation of the chi-squared distance between histograms (or vectors with non-negative entries).

Contains support for SIMD and OpenMP optimization. Includes Python and Matlab wrappers.

Versions up to v1.2 have a bug in handling double value. Thanks to S. Nowozin for finding this.

Versions up to v1.4 had a bug in handling the symmetric chi-square distance. Thanks to N. Pinto for finding this.

All users PLEASE UPDATE to v1.5!
